MORE group sessions are two hours long, once per week for 8 weeks, and consist of a formal mindfulness meditation, debrief and group process, psychoeducation/didactic material, experiential exercise, and homework exercises. MORE can also be delivered via an individual therapy format in 8 weekly one-hour sessions.
